studioviet advisors and leadership are Andrew Homan and Barry Archer. Each has over 30 years commercial strategy experience and have overlapped on projects together in Vietnam since 2012.
Both have watched the rapid change in Vietnam, particularly over the last decade. The changes in economic demographics have placed Vietnam higher on the global supply chain and continued to expand an emerging middle class. Growing global trade has brought more foreign capital, including private foreign capital looking for market investment and support.
In 2021, Andrew and Barry created studioviet from the joint engagements that continued to bring them together to deliver solutions for foreign investors.
It was the merging of assisting capital to de-risk and Vietnam enterprises to improve operationally. studioviet origins are around transforming organisational strategy to improve operational and growth strategies for both Vietnam enterprises and their investors. studioviet embraces the growing talent base in Vietnam for future leadership and strives to create the culture, environment and engagements to contribute to the development and journeys of these young professionals.

For the past 30 years Andrew has focused on investing in Vietnam and has been involved in the development of numerous projects in the media, education, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors, from inception through to exit, as well as having advised multinational clients on their Vietnam related strategy.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws with honours from Bond University, Australia and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
Since 1989 Barry has been a strategy consultant lead at a practice he established in Australia while still at university. This practice continues today in Sydney and has exposed him to projects globally in media, FMCG, professional services, sports, tourism, finance, manufacturing agriculture and many others. He has been fortunate to work alongside and be mentored by many entrepreneurs and corporate leaders on projects across the full business cycle from start-up to exit.
Barry holds a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from QUT Australia.
